New Facebook news feed
Facebook unveiled its new and redesigned ‘News Feed’ in a press conference on March 7 at its HQ in Menlo Park, CA. Some of the major features of the new ‘News Feed’ are photo feeds like Instagram, larger images and customizable news feed with different interests like music, photos, etc. Most important feature is probably the pretty good UX and unswerving user experience between the web version and mobile applications.
The news feed now can be sort in categories like music, close friends, photos, etc. This possibly is the one of the biggest changes Facebook has brought upon itself in UI.

Here’s how you can get the new Facebook news feed. Follow these simple steps to join the waiting list.
- Go to facebook.com/about/newsfeed.
- This page tells about the new New Feed. At the very end of the page is the “Try the new look” button.
- The final step is to just wait for the changes to happen to your news feed.
